ABOUT ME
My mission
As your Personal Trainer my aim is to assist you to reach your goals and feel happier and healthier. I have 5 years experience with a variety of fitness levels. Your goals are specific to you and there is no such thing as 'not fit enough to begin'. Your workouts will be tailored to your individual needs and interests (which means no running if you don't want to run!). I firmly believe that regular exercise can have a positive impact on your overall health and wellbeing and I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.

ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
*Services
-One on one Personal Training in the gym.
-ZOOM sessions (for remote clients or Brisbane based clients who are unable to train in person).
-Includes goal setting, body metric tracking and a tailored workout program to follow throughout the week on days that you don't have PT.
-Macronutrient and Calorie recommendations are included at no extra charge.
-Pricing- $55 per 30 minute session*

*One session per week minimum- no minimum number of sessions/no lock-in
ONLINE COACHING
*Services-
-Personalised training program.
-Home based workout program or gym based workout program.
-Includes weekly video check-in and Q and A with your trainer for accountability and progression.
-Macronutrient and Calorie recommendations are included at no extra charge.
-Includes goal setting and body metric tracking.
-Pricing- $49 per week*
