Skye began her Personal Training career in 2017.
Skye takes a holistic approach with her clients and ensures that she works with each client to reach their goals safely and enjoyably.
Skye's personal training philosophy is to create a supportive environment for individuals from all ability ranges and fitness levels. Each session has an emphasis on empowerment and progression, without shame or negativity. As a trainer. Skye is conscious that positive body image and self respect is a catalyst for long lasting results.
Qualifications:
-Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness
-Pre and Post Natal Exercise
-Fundamentals of Structural Assessment
